How Often Should I Change My Oil?

AAA and most vehicles owners manuals define driving conditions as normal or severe.
Normal driving conditions – Highway driving on paved roads in relatively dust free area.
Severe driving conditions – Trips less than 10 miles. Stop and go driving that requires frequent brake usage. Extreme weather conditions, dusty roadways, towing a trailer, long periods of engine idling.

Seems like nothing normal about normal driving conditions!

An ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) survey showed that 90% of surveyed technicians believe the best thing that a vehicle owner can do to properly maintain their vehicles is to change their engine oil every 3000 miles. As the average age of vehicles on the road increases, so does the need for better routine maintenance. Our oil change service will extend the life of your engine, but also keep you and your family safe with a properly serviced vehicle.
